Based in Houston, Texas, Adam Farris is a motivational speaker, autism advocate, and passionate entrepreneur dedicated to spreading positivity, inclusion, and kindness. Living with autism and Tourette syndrome, Adam uses his personal experiences to challenge the way society views disabilities and differences. His philosophy is simple: β€œMaybe none of us are truly disabled; we’re all just different people with unique abilities.” Adam believes that small acts of kindness can create a much bigger impactβ€”make one person smile each day and encourage them to make two more people smile.

Adam has shared his story and message at Memorial Hermann, the ReelAbilities Film Festival, Houston Center for Independent Living during National Disability Employment Awareness Month, Art Spark Texas, and various corporate, educational, and community events. Through the Art Spark Texas Speaking Advocates program, he developed his skills in storytelling, public speaking, connection, and empowerment. His personal journey has been one of perseverance and growth. After being diagnosed with autism in 2012, Adam faced significant social and employment challenges, including a time when he struggled to make friends and maintain employment. Through determination, support from organizations such as Monarch School and HUB Houston, and his own willingness to keep moving forward, Adam has built a successful personal and professional life. He has maintained employment since 2015 and continues to use his experiences to inspire others to recognize their potential, embrace differences, and turn challenges into possibilities. Whether delivering a keynote, workshop, or community presentation, Adam brings warmth, authenticity, and humor while encouraging audiences to create environments where differences are not simply accepted but celebrated.
